1. The opening of shaking screen is improperly adjusted
Too small opening of shaking screen will cause large loss of crops.

Treatment method:

The opening of the shaking screen is adjusted from "closed" to "open".
※ when adjusting the shaking screen, it should be adjusted one by one. If it is adjusted to the maximum, it is easy to cause machine failure.
2. The air volume of blower is too large
The air volume adjusting plate at the "on" position can improve the cleanliness of grains, but it will cause large loss of sprinkling.
Treatment method:
Adjust the air volume adjusting plate of the blower to the "closed" position.

※ there is an adjusting plate on the left and right sides of the blower, and the adjusting positions of the adjusting plates on the left and right sides must be consistent during adjustment.

3. Threshing mesh blockage

When wet crops are harvested or the harvesting position of the harvesting department is too low, the grains cannot fall onto the shaking screen smoothly, resulting in large loss of sprinkling.
Treatment method:

Please do not harvest wet crops and pay attention to the harvesting height of the harvesting department during harvesting. If the threshing bearing net is blocked, open the side cover to remove the blockage on the threshing bearing net.

4. The shaking screen is blocked

1 when harvesting wet crops, broken grass, soil, etc. will adhere to the shutter of the shaking screen, blocking the shutter, causing throwing loss.
Treatment method:

Remove the shaking screen for cleaning.

5. The adjusting plate at the rear of shaking screen is too low
If the adjustment position of the adjusting plate at the back of the shaking screen is too low, it will cause throwing loss.
Treatment method:

Loosen the 4 butterfly nuts and adjust the rear adjusting plate to the high position. At the same time, the adjusting plate can also be installed in the opposite direction. Note: the adjustment position of the rear adjusting plate is too high, which is easy to cause blockage of No. 2 auger.

6. The position of shaking screen reinforcement plate is too closed

If the shaking screen reinforcement plate is adjusted, it will also cause throwing loss.
Treatment method:

Remove the left and right cleanouts of No. 1 horizontal mixing cage, loosen the four fixing nuts, and adjust the reinforcing plate to the front.

7. The rubber baffle of shaking screen is poorly installed

Shaking the rubber plates on the screen can prevent grain leakage. If the rubber baffle is not installed properly, it will also cause throwing loss.
Treatment method:

Please install each rubber baffle correctly according to the schematic diagram.

Treatment method:

Adjust the opening of the shutter in the "open" direction: remove two M8 bolts and adjust the adjusting plate in the "open" direction.

2. The air volume of blower is too large

The air volume of the blower is adjusted to the "strong" gear. Note: excessive air volume can improve the cleanliness of grains, but it will cause large loss of sprinkling.

Treatment method:

Please adjust the air volume to the "weak" direction: change the air volume by increasing or decreasing the pulley gasket.

3. Threshing mesh blockage

Wet crops were harvested, which made the crops unable to fall onto the shaking screen smoothly, resulting in large loss of sprinkling.

Treatment method:

Please do not harvest wet crops, and at the same time, clean up the straw and soil accumulated on the threshing bearing net.

4. The shaking screen is blocked

When harvesting wet crops, broken grass, soil, etc. will adhere to the shutter, blocking the shutter, causing loss of sprinkling.

Treatment method:

Clean the screen.

5. The adjusting plate behind shaking screen is too low

If the adjusting position of the adjusting plate is too low, it will cause throwing loss.

Treatment method:

The adjusting plate can be installed in reverse: loosen the 4 nuts and install the adjusting plate in reverse.

6. The reinforcing plate of shaking screen is poorly adjusted

When the reinforcing plate is adjusted, if the position is adjusted, it will cause throwing loss.

Treatment method:

Loosen the four nuts and manually move the screen forward.
