China YTO Hainan Cooperation Project Launch

On the eve of July 1, Meizhou City's action to ensure food security - the launching ceremony of the cooperation project of Xingning Municipal Government, YTO Corporation of China and National Machinery Corporation in Hainan was held in Xingning Branch of Dongfanghong Agricultural Service (Xingning Shimiaomi Provincial Modern Agricultural Industrial Park) in Yetang Town, Xingning City.

Xie Qinwen, Vice Mayor of Meizhou Municipal People's Government, Wang Kejun, Leader of YTO, and Song Caicai, Secretary of Xingning Municipal Party Committee attended the event.

During the event, the Xingning Municipal Government signed the "Framework Agreement for Agricultural Modernization Cooperation" with China Yituo; The Economic Union Headquarters of Yetang Town, Xingning City signed the "Land Transfer Governance Agreement" with Dongfanghong Agricultural Service Guangxi Company; The establishment and unveiling ceremony of Dongfanghong Agricultural Service Xingning Branch was held. Subsequently, the attendees visited the daily drying of 400 tons of rice processing production line in Xingning Silk Seedling Rice Industrial Park.
It is understood that after the signing of this contract, China Yituo will jointly build an integrated project for the construction and management of 100000 acres of basic farmland in the "Dongfanghong · Hongsu District" with the United Nations in Hainan.

The project integrates "planning and design, construction, whole process trusteeship, grain collection and storage, production and sales, financing loans, and Crop insurance". Focusing on high standard farmland construction and agricultural production trusteeship services, it promotes multi-dimensional industrial integration and solves the dilemma of hollowing out rural areas, serious abandonment, small hilly and mountainous fields, low mechanization level, and farmland restoration.

The first phase of the project is mainly located in Yetang Town, covering a total of approximately 13455 acres of arable land in 11 villages. It is planned to start construction in November 2023 and begin planting in March 2024. The project will continue to advance and strive to reach a scale of 100000 acres within 3 years. At that time, it will greatly increase the income of local farmers and drive local economic development.

In the future, YTO will, with its achievements in the fields of agricultural equipment R&D and manufacturing, agricultural production trusteeship services, agricultural product storage and trade, accumulate advantages, strengthen cooperation with Xingning City in the areas of high standard farmland construction, Agrarian society service system, agricultural product acquisition, storage, transportation, processing and sales, rural revitalization strategy and high-quality development, and comprehensively promote agricultural modernization and high-quality agricultural development in Xingning region, Fully support the modernization of agriculture and high-quality development of rural revitalization in Xingning.
