Maintenance regulation of bucket elevator

一、安全规程
1、 Safety regulations
1、严禁在斗提机运转时打开斗提机外壳上观察门和机头盖、机座上的检修门，严禁在观察门、机头盖、机座上的检修门打开时启动斗提机；
1. It is strictly forbidden to open the observation door, head cover and access door on the machine seat on the bucket elevator shell when the bucket elevator is running. It is strictly forbidden to start the bucket elevator when the observation door, head cover and the access door on the machine seat are opened;
2、打开斗提机底座上检修门清理物料时，应确保设备已经断电并与中控室沟通；
2. When opening the access door on the bucket elevator base to clean the materials, ensure that the equipment has been cut off and communicate with the central control room;
3、禁止将手伸入底座，应借助工具掏挖物料，以防止斗提机倒转时造成人身伤害；
3. It is forbidden to reach into the base, and the material shall be excavated by means of tools to prevent personal injury when the bucket elevator is turned upside down;
4、斗提机因堵塞等原因造成畚斗带打滑时，应紧急停机，以防止皮带过热造成火灾或引起粉尘爆炸；
4. When the bucket belt slips due to blockage, the bucket elevator shall stop the machine in an emergency manner to prevent the belt from overheating and cause fire or dust explosion;
5、每月应紧固畚斗螺栓一次，防止畚斗脱落造成设备损害；
5. The bolts of the backplane shall be tightened once a month to prevent the equipment damage caused by the falling off of the dustbin;
6、畚斗带的更换和张紧应由有经验的维修工完成或在有经验人员的指导下完成。
6. The replacement and tension of the backplane belt shall be completed by an experienced repairman or under the guidance of an experienced person.
二、操作保养规程
2、 Operation and maintenance procedures
１、运转过程中，每班应检查１次头轮底部轴承和减速机温升情况，若手触１０秒左右感觉烫手则表明温升过高，应查清原因，采取加注润滑油或清洗轴承、减速机等相应措施；
1. During operation, check the temperature rise of the bearing at the bottom of the head wheel and the reducer once every shift. If the hand feels hot for about 10 seconds, it indicates that the temperature rise is too high. The reason should be checked and the corresponding measures such as filling in lubricating oil or cleaning the bearing and reducer shall be taken;
２、每月为头轮底部轴承加注１次润滑脂；
2. Fill the bearing at the bottom of the head wheel with grease once a month;
３、运转过程中，注意观察是否有异常响声，畚斗带是否打滑；轴承和减速机是否过热；
3. During operation, pay attention to observe whether there is abnormal noise, whether the backplane belt is slipping, whether the bearing and reducer are overheated;
４、新装畚斗带每运转２个班次（提升机负荷运转１０小时以上），调整一次底座上的调节螺杆以张紧皮带；螺杆到达最底端后，应切割畚斗带缩短其长度，并重新张紧；同时涨紧畚斗螺栓。
4. For each two shifts of new installed dustbin belt (the elevator is running for more than 10 hours), adjust the adjusting screw on the base once to tension the belt; after the screw reaches the bottom end, cut the belt to shorten its length and re tension it; meanwhile, tighten the backplane bolt.
５、每周清理１次提升机底座中的积存物料；
5. Clean up the accumulated materials in the elevator base once a week;
６、每次打开机头盖，应将盖板上附着的物料清理干净；机头盖每月至少清理１次；
6. Clean the attached materials on the cover plate every time the head cover is opened; the head cover shall be cleaned at least once a month;
７、停机前，应停止进料并空车运转３－４分钟，排空无料。
7. Before the shutdown, the feed shall be stopped and the empty vehicle shall be operated for 3-4 minutes, and the material shall be drained without materials.
三、维修规程
3、 Maintenance procedures
１、小修 斗提机小修每半年进行一次，包括以下内容：
1. Minor repair of bucket elevator shall be carried out once every half a year, including the following:
ａ、检查电机接线盒内电线连接是否松动；
a. Check whether the wire connection in the motor junction box is loose;
ｂ、检查连轴器、机头、畚斗的紧固螺栓松动情况，更换损坏的螺栓；
b. Check the loose fastening bolts of coupling, head and backplane, and replace the damaged bolts;
ｃ、检查头轮、底轮防滑胶板（部分斗提机有）磨损情况，必要时更换；
c. Check the wear of the anti-skid rubber plate of the head wheel and the bottom wheel (some bucket elevator has), and replace them if necessary;
ｄ、清理机头、机座及中间机筒壳壁上的残留料；
d. Clean the residual materials on the head, machine base and the cylinder wall of the intermediate machine;
ｅ、检查全部畚斗，整理或更换变形畚斗；
e. Check all the dustbins, sort out or replace the deformed ones;
ｆ、清洗或更换观察窗玻璃；
f. Clean or replace the observation window glass;
ｇ、对链传动斗提机，清洗链条链轮，并检查链条和链轮磨损情况，必要时更换；
g. Clean chain sprocket for chain drive bucket elevator, check the wear of chain and sprocket, and replace if necessary;
ｈ、更换减速机润滑油，检查并清洗透气孔盖，必要时更换；
h. Replace lubricating oil of reducer, check and clean vent cover, and replace if necessary;
ｊ、拆洗检查止逆机构轴承并添加润滑油，更换止逆机构固定螺栓；
j. Remove and check the bearing of the check mechanism and add lubricating oil, and replace the fixing bolts of the check mechanism;
２、中修 中修每年进行一次，包括以下内容：
2. The intermediate repair is carried out once a year, including the following:
ａ、小修全部内容；
a. Minor repair all contents;
ｂ、检查电机轴承磨损情况，更换磨损严重的轴承，更换润滑脂；
b. Check the wear of motor bearing, replace the bearing with serious wear and replace the grease;
ｃ、检查并清洗斗提机头轮、底轮轴承和轴承座，更换磨损严重的轴承和轴承座，更换润滑脂和密封圈；
c. Check and clean the head wheel, bottom wheel bearing and bearing seat of bucket elevator, replace the bearing and bearing seat with serious wear, and replace the grease and sealing ring;
ｄ、检查头轮和底轮磨损情况，必要时修补或更换；
d. Check the wear of the head wheel and the bottom wheel, repair or replace it if necessary;
ｅ、检查畚斗带磨损情况，必要时更换；
e. Check the wear of the backplane and replace it if necessary;
ｆ、拆洗减速机，检查各部件磨损情况，修补或更换磨损严重部分；
f. Dismantle the reducer, check the wear of all parts, repair or replace the severely worn parts;
ｇ、检查卸料口挡板，如磨损严重则更换；
g. Check the baffle plate of discharge port, and replace it if it is seriously worn;
ｈ、检查机筒、进料口、出料口连接处密封情况，必要时更换密封垫；
h. Check the sealing condition of the connection of the barrel, feed port and discharge port, and replace the gasket if necessary;
ｉ、检查机筒变形情况和斗提机垂直度，调整机筒垂直度不大于８ｍｍ；
i. Check the deformation of the barrel and the verticality of the bucket elevator, and adjust the verticality of the barrel not more than 8mm;
ｊ、机筒刷油漆
j. Paint the barrel
