The 4th Kubota Fourth Regional Dealer Service Skills Competition has successfully concluded
As the preliminary competition for the fourth region of the 14th Kubota Agricultural Machinery Service Skills Competition, on January 18th, the fourth Kubota Fourth Region Dealer Service Skills Competition was held as scheduled at Guangdong Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. A total of about 80 people attended the competition, including administrative leaders from Guangdong Agricultural Technology Promotion Center and Guangzhou Agricultural Mechanization Technology Promotion Station, leaders from Kubota Agricultural Machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., general managers and service managers of distributors in Hunan, Jiangxi, Hubei, and Guangxi, as well as VIP users from Kubota in Guangdong Province.
In order to improve the maintenance skills of the Kubota service team, the annual Kubota Agricultural Machinery Service Skills Competition is an important means for Kubota to cultivate highly skilled agricultural machinery maintenance talents. As the selection competition for the fourth region of the 14th Kubota Agricultural Machinery Service Skills Competition, this competition will be implemented with the Kubota KA6 high-speed riding rice transplanter as the competition model. After pre competition training, theoretical knowledge, practical operation, and other assessments, the competition will further improve the rice transplanter service skills and customer service satisfaction of various dealers in the fourth region through competition instead of training.
