The Belt and Road enables more people to use YTO tractors
Kazakhstan is an important granary in Central Asia. As a developed country in Central Asia, Kazakhstan has a great influence on other Central Asian countries, and successfully entering the country's market can effectively radiate the entire Central Asian region. In recent years, China Yituo has been deeply cultivating in the Kazakhstan market, allowing more people to use the "Oriental Red".
Since the beginning of this year, China YTO has promptly dispatched service personnel to Kazakhstan to provide "face-to-face" "Dongfanghong" after-sales training for local distributors, service personnel, and users, helping to promote local agricultural development.
Thank you letter delivered to the airport
Liu Zhaorui is a salesperson in the Central Asian Market Development Department of China Yituo International Trade Company. This year is her second year at the company and her second year of involvement in Kazakhstan business.
Just after the May Day holiday, Liu Zhaorui received an urgent call to go to Kazakhstan with Zhang Yanhui, a technician from Datuo Company, to provide training for local "Dongfanghong" distributors and users.
Liu Zhaorui and Zhang Yanhui's first stop was a company located in northern Kazakhstan, where they conducted a series of training on Dongfanghong tractors for local dealers, service personnel, and users. Liu Zhaorui is mainly responsible for translation, explaining relevant issues clearly in simple and understandable language, while Zhang Yanhui is responsible for answering the other party's technical questions. They led the trainees to "drill into the bottom of the vehicle" and conducted on-site inspections on two tractors that were suspected to have "problems". Through sound, pictures, actions, and other means, they provided detailed guidance to the trainees to understand common tractor faults and problems, as well as solutions.
After the training, Liu Zhaorui and Zhang Yanhui went to the "Dongfanghong" tractor assembly plant in Almaty to complete Q&A and help local dealers and service personnel install the electronic order system, teach them how to use it, and solve the previous problem of parts being purchased incorrectly due to translation communication and different servers.
After completing two stops of service, Liu Zhaorui and Zhang Yanhui packed their bags and prepared to return home. While waiting for the plane to depart, the company's personnel hurriedly arrived and sent a thank-you letter, thanking them for their hard work and patient explanation, and looking forward to further cooperation and increasing the number of training sessions.
A sudden call
Before he could fully appreciate the joy of receiving the thank you letter, Liu Zhaorui received another phone call from a dealer at the border between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, who had doubts about the product and hoped to meet and communicate to resolve it.
It was already 9 pm at that time, with only 3 hours left before Liu Zhaorui and Zhang Yanhui's plane set sail. Should we leave or stay? After reporting the situation to relevant leaders, Liu Zhaorui and Zhang Yanhui made a decision that the problem must be resolved as soon as possible.
They cancelled their flight tickets and traveled over 500 kilometers overnight to Taras. After arriving at the dealer's warehouse, the two of them conducted a shelf inspection on the remaining dozen tractors and quickly resolved the dealer's doubts.
The dealer expressed satisfaction with the service, and this timely communication made them feel the charm of Dongfang Red Tractor. They repeatedly expressed their hope to have the opportunity to visit China and the production workshop of Dongfang Red Tractor, and also hope that Dongfang Red Tractor can make greater contributions to the agricultural development of Kazakhstan.
Silk Road Helps China's Agricultural Machinery Speed Up Again
Liu Zhaorui and Zhang Yanhui's training trip to Kazakhstan is just a microcosm of China YTO's expansion into overseas markets.
For a long time, China YTO has been committed to providing complete sets of agricultural equipment solutions for overseas customers. Based on the different product needs and operational characteristics of the global market, it has targeted the development of nearly 20 export product series, building a product portfolio with market competitiveness. At the same time, China YTO has continuously strengthened its channel development efforts in key overseas countries, and currently covers more than 90 countries and regions, including more than 100 distributors.
China Yituo has focused on key regions in Europe and completed the trial production test of the European model "Dongfanghong" tractor with 80-100 horsepower matching the Euro 5 model, and obtained the Emark certificate; In traditional markets such as Southeast Asia and South America, promote "cloud marketing", guide dealers to conduct business activities "online", and targeted improve the configuration and combination of "Dongfanghong" products to achieve stable sales growth
China YTO has also expanded its manufacturing capabilities overseas. This year, the China Yituo Congo (Brazzaville) Agricultural Equipment Assembly Plant project, jointly built by China Yituo and local enterprises, passed the acceptance inspection, giving Congo (Brazzaville) its first tractor production line, ending the country's history of not being able to manufacture tractors. The assembly plant mainly produces 70-140 horsepower tractors, with an annual production capacity of 3000 tractors, which can well meet the local and surrounding countries' agricultural production needs for agricultural machinery and equipment. The project has also created a large number of job opportunities for the local area, and will greatly enhance the manufacturing capacity of the country's machinery industry and the level of agricultural mechanization.
In recent years, YTO Group Corporation of China has also actively planned to build the Dongfanghong (Luoyang) International Inland Port, continuously opening domestic and international routes, covering dozens of countries and cities in Asia, Europe and Africa, and running a new way to serve the "the Belt and Road".
