The routine maintenance of agricultural tractor should be done well, and the maintenance of these parts is very key!
1、 Clutch pressure plate
The common damages and problems of tractor clutch pressure plate include uneven wear of working face, strain groove, warpage and fracture. If it is slightly worn, consider repairing the pressure plate with sandpaper.
If the flatness error of the working surface of the pressing plate is greater than 0.12mm, or the groove depth caused by scratch is greater than 0.5mm, it needs to be repaired by plane grinding. However, the total grinding amount generally cannot exceed the limit of 1-1.5mm, and the grinding pressing plate needs to be re balanced.
If the force transmission hole and pin of the intermediate pressure plate of the two-piece clutch, or the fit clearance between the force transmission groove and the block exceeds the specified value, it is necessary to transpose another hole or directly replace the hole and groove. In addition, if the crack length of the clutch cover is greater than 100 mm, it will be scrapped and can not be used anymore. When the crack length is less than 100 mm, it can be repaired by welding process.
2、 Driven plate
For the maintenance of the tractor driven plate, start with the steel plate, knock the riveted part between the driven plate steel plate and the connecting plate with a small hammer to confirm whether it is loose. If it is loose or even broken, it needs to be riveted again or replaced directly.
Then check the friction plate. Check the axial runout of the friction plate with a dial indicator, and the allowable axial runout limit is 0.2mm. If the limit value is exceeded, correct or replace the friction plate with a fork wrench. It should be reminded that when measuring the axial runout of the friction plate, the driven plate should be installed on the new input shaft.
Then check the friction plate surface for uneven wear, dirt, hardening or cracks. If the friction plate is seriously worn or has more than two cracks, it needs to be riveted again. If there is slight oil stain on the surface, it can be removed with blowtorch flame, and if it is slightly burnt, it can be polished with sandpaper.
Then check whether each rivet is loose. The height of each rivet from the surface of the friction plate can be measured with a depth gauge, which shall not be less than 0.3mm, which indicates that the friction plate is seriously worn and must be replaced.
