How to assemble tractor parts?
As the saying goes, accessories are the soul of a machine. A machine without accessories is a time bomb, facing paralysis at any time. With accessories, how to assemble them?
Cylinder gasket
If there are oil holes, they must be aligned with the corresponding oil passage holes on the engine body and cylinder head, so as to avoid friction caused by oil cut-off of the valve train on the cylinder head. If there is no oil passage hole and the positive and negative shapes are the same, it is determined by the material of the cylinder head: for the aluminum alloy cylinder head, the crimped side of the cylinder head should face the cylinder block; for the cast iron cylinder head, the crimped side of the cylinder head should face the cylinder head.
Piston and piston ring
The piston with upward arrow on the top should be installed according to the direction specified in the mark; if there is no mark, the swirl pit or the small notch beside the pit on the top of the piston should be toward the side of the injector to ensure the uniform mixing of the gas. When assembling the piston ring, the top with up and up marks should face up; the inner circle groove or chamfering of the twisted ring without marks on the top should face down; the chrome plated ring (bright shell) should be installed in the first piston ring groove, and the ring openings should be staggered by 120 ~ 180 degrees to ensure its sealing effect.
Connecting rod and connecting rod cap
The connecting rod of Dongfanghong horizontal diesel engine is 45 degree split, so the section should be downward to improve the stress of connecting rod bolts. The connecting rod cap and the connecting rod are machined in pairs. During assembly, the matching marks should be on the same side to ensure that the roundness and cylindricity of the connecting rod bearing meet the specified requirements.
Main bearing cap, bearing bush and bushing
The main bearing cap and the bearing block of the engine body are boring in pairs, and the bearing block shall be set according to the matching mark. It is not allowed to exchange or change the assembly direction at will, so as to avoid damaging the coaxiality and dimensional accuracy of the main bearing block hole. For the bearing bush or bushing with oil hole, the corresponding oil passage hole on the bearing seat and bushing hole shall be aligned to ensure smooth oil passage.
transmission shaft
The transmission fork at both ends should be in the same plane to avoid torsional vibration and damage of transmission parts. If the drive chain adopts the safety clip, the direction of its open end should be opposite to the direction of the chain movement, so as to avoid falling off due to collision in the movement.
Driving wheel
If there is an upward arrow mark, it should point to the direction of rotation of the tire when moving forward; if there is no mark, the top of the octagon or herringbone pattern of the driving wheel should face upward when looking at the rear of the locomotive.
Bolt
If one end is coarse thread and the other end is fine thread, screw the coarse thread end into the engine body; if both ends of the bolt are fine thread, screw the shorter end into the engine body to ensure that the cylinder head can be compressed.
Oil pump and injection pump
If the oil is planetary rotor type, the chamfer of the outer rotor should be toward the pump body, so as to prevent the oil from circulating in the pump and reducing the pump oil pressure. The crescent shaped positioning groove on the nozzle shaft plug sleeve should be aligned with the positioning hole on the pump body, and the mark (or oil return groove) on the plunger should be installed upward, so as not to cause no fuel supply or diesel engine flying
