How to maintain the tractor? Only by doing these things well can we maintain the good operation of the machinery!
1、 Operate in strict accordance with the regulations during operation
Operators shall start steadily when using the tractor. If you are driving on fields and uneven roads, you need to maintain a low speed, and do not pass through ditches, ridges and sharp turns at high speed. Keep driving at a medium and stable speed during transportation and avoid sudden braking as far as possible. In addition, the appropriate gear should be selected according to the size of the load, and do not overload frequently.
2、 Keep the tire pressure and track tightness normal
Operators shall keep the tractor tire pressure normal during transportation. If the air pressure is too high, the cushioning effect will be weakened, which will aggravate the vibration of the tractor, which is easy to damage parts and components, and may also cause driver fatigue. If the tire pressure is too high during field operation, the adhesion will become poor, which will increase the sinking and rolling resistance, and may lead to inner tube burst in case of impact.
If the air pressure is too low, the tire deformation will increase, and the driving resistance will also increase, which will easily lead to tire heating and accelerated aging. Tire pressure should be adjusted according to season, temperature and service conditions. If the track is too tight or too loose, it will cause accelerated wear. If the situation is serious, it may also cause track jamming, derailment and component damage.
3、 Check the front wheel alignment and steering device regularly
In daily maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check and adjust the front wheel alignment, front wheel bearing clearance and steering device. This step is an important measure to reduce tire wear and deformation and damage of walking parts. Operators need to check and adjust according to the required values of different types of tractors. Special attention should be paid to the front wheel, front wheel bearing clearance, steering knuckle main shaft fixing nut and connecting rod fixing nut.
4、 Check and maintain regularly and keep clean
Regularly check the tightness of hub bolts, nuts, cotter pins and other parts to ensure reliable fastening. Grease the steering knuckle regularly.
Regularly check the oil level at the guide wheel and supporting wheel, add lubricating oil if necessary, remove dirt and oil stain in time, and clean and change oil regularly as required.
Keep the traveling parts clean. Special attention should be paid not to let gasoline, engine oil and other acid-base substances pollute the tires to prevent corrosion and aging. When removing the tire, do not use sharp tools to avoid damage. Pay attention to the tread pattern of the tire during installation. From top to bottom, the top of the "person" or "eight" must face the forward direction of the tractor. In addition, symmetrical parts such as tires, drive wheels and tracks should be exchanged left and right regularly to prolong the service life.
