Kubota Joins Hands with Sichuan Jifeng to Go to Chengdu Agricultural Machinery Feast
On March 1, 2024, the 17th Southwest Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Machinery Exhibition opened grandly at Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Kubota Agricultural Machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Suzhou Kubota) teamed up with Sichuan Jifeng Agricultural Machinery Chain Co., Ltd. to make an exciting debut, showcasing 11 full series products covering farming and harvesting, including tractors, seedling and seeding machines, SPV series transplanters, KA series transplanters, hand-held transplanters, fully fed tracks, semi fed tracks, etc, This fully demonstrates Suzhou Kubota's innovative strength and technological advantages in the field of agricultural mechanization.
At the exhibition, the semi feed harvester ARX5100MQ became a highly anticipated focus. This is Suzhou Kubota's first semi feed product with a driver's cab, and its appearance undoubtedly adds a touch of brightness to the exhibition, attracting the attention of many viewers. The ARX5100MQ adopts a 99.8 horsepower diesel engine, matched with a 45CC high-capacity HST, with an overall speed of 2.1 meters per second, which can easily cope with high-yield crop high-load harvesting. A luxurious cab equipped with cold and warm air conditioning effectively isolates dust and noise, providing users with a comfortable operating environment. The operating system also adopts multifunctional operating handles, main transmission handles, electronic harvesting/disengagement clutches, and electronic hand throttle control technologies, making operation easier and more convenient.
In terms of full feeding of tracks, Suzhou Kubota showcased two products led by EX118MQ-S. As Kubota's flagship tracked full feed product EX118MQ-S, through structural and performance optimization, the body is more compact and sturdy, with a working speed of up to 2.58 meters per second and a feed rate upgraded to 6.5 kilograms per second, resulting in outstanding operational efficiency. The tracks on both sides can be lifted and lowered simultaneously or separately, and the minimum ground clearance can be dynamically adjusted. It has strong adaptability to fields and good passability through rotten fields. Added a one click positioning function for the header, making it easier to operate when turning around in the field. There is reason to believe that this product is a smart choice for specialized harvesting users, with strong performance, outstanding efficiency, and adaptability to a wide range of track feeding.
In terms of transplanters, Suzhou Kubota showcased several highly regarded KA series high-speed transplanters. This series of rice transplanters provides users with a very convenient operating experience thanks to the industry's pioneering "U-turn" function and a newly designed electronic multifunctional cross handle. At the same time, optimizing the amount of steering wheel rotation also makes turning more effortless and faster, further improving operational efficiency. Among them, the KA8L high-speed rice transplanter became the focus of the exhibition with its unique inclined guide rail preparation frame and auxiliary driving device. The optional auxiliary driving device of this rice transplanter not only supports straight row auxiliary rice transplanter operations, but also enables automatic turning and opposite row operations of the entire vehicle, providing the possibility of unmanned rice transplanters. The inclined design of the guide rail type preparatory seedling rack allows the seedling tray to smoothly slide to the rear pedal, even if operated by only one person, it can easily and effortlessly complete the seedling loading/adding operation.
In terms of tractors, Suzhou Kubota also showcased two iconic products: one is the M954-KQ equipped with a cab, and the other is the M704-K suitable for paddy fields. Both tractors are equipped with cutting-edge power systems. Among them, the M954-KQ is the flagship work of Kubota Tractor, which won the honor of Tractor of the Year in 2022. It has become an ideal choice for various agricultural operations with its powerful and stable power output. Whether it's deep plowing, plowing, sowing, or harvesting, Kubota tractors can easily handle it, improving farming efficiency.
Overall, Suzhou Kubota's outstanding performance at the 17th Southwest Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Machinery Exhibition not only demonstrated its positive role in promoting agricultural modernization, but also provided strong support for increasing farmers' income by improving agricultural production efficiency.
