Kubota lights up Qingdao International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition with new products
On July 15, Kubota agricultural machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kubota) made an appearance at the 2022 China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition with the theme of "intelligent agricultural future". In this exhibition, Kubota showed a total of 16 products, covering rice farming, planting, harvesting, drying and other products, as well as dryland machinery and vegetable planting machinery. Among them, there are not only mature products widely praised by users, but also comprehensively upgraded new products, as well as products representing the direction of intelligence. The strong product lineup highlights Kubota's firm commitment to users and partners.

At the exhibition site, we introduced three new products through the product description meeting, which won the high attention of the on-site audience.
The ex108q-s crawler type full feed harvester with feeding capacity jumping to 6kg/s is equipped with Kubota 109 HP common rail diesel engine, matched with 45cc high-capacity HST and high-strength gearbox to achieve a walking speed of 2.4 meters / second. The 2.4m wide outward expansion header and Kubota's classic 1-2-3-4 threshing and cleaning mechanism can realize efficient threshing, grain storage, high yield and harvest, and fully meet the high-quality harvesting needs of field farmers.
In order to meet the different rice planting needs in Northeast China, we have recently launched nspv-8kz high-speed seat transplanter. This product follows the excellent product performance of Kubota rice transplanter, and also has the characteristics of wide and narrow row planting with unique design, which can effectively meet the needs of special agronomic planting.
In the field of dry land, Kubota's wheel harvester is also excellent. Since the product came into the market, we have been continuously improving and improving the product power. The pro1408y series corn harvester will adopt the brand-new peeling machine independently developed and produced by Kubota. It mainly includes four improvements. First, the height of the star wheel is adjusted by the handle. There are seven adjustment gears, which can be completed by one person standing on the pedal. Second, the bevel gear backlash adjustment structure is improved, and the accurate backlash can prolong the service life of the bevel gear. Third, the tension spring of each group of peeling rollers is changed to a single spring design, which can make continuous and effective tension even if the peeling rollers are worn. Fourth, the change of overload protector can effectively protect the transmission mechanism of the peeling machine. It is believed that Kubota pro1408y series self-propelled corn combine harvester can give full play to the performance characteristics of "easy to open, flexible, efficient and low loss", and bring higher returns to users.
In order to meet the intelligent theme of this exhibition, nspv6cmd multi-function rice transplanter with straight driving assistance system and nw8sa high-speed rice transplanter imported from Japan were also displayed on site. Nspv6cmd is equipped with the Beidou agricultural machinery direct driving assistance auto drive system, fertilizer applicator, herbicide applicator and flat roller independently developed by Kubota, which can realize the direct driving assistance while transplanting seedlings, as well as the multi-functional operations such as leveling, fertilization and pesticide application.
Nw8sa is an intelligent high-speed rice transplanter, which can realize a series of intelligent and automatic rice transplanting operations, such as automatic planning of operation path, automatic driving, automatic operation, etc. The level of automation and intelligence of these products shows Kubota's thinking and achievements in the intellectualization of agricultural machinery.
At the exhibition site, we also exhibited kcnd series dryers (models). Kubota dryer has a high-quality, high-efficiency and intelligent seed drying mode, which meets the high-quality drying requirements of users for grain post-processing links.
The hanging vegetable transplanter carried behind Kubota tractor m854-kqs can realize high-efficiency four row vegetable transplanting operation. One transplanting operation can realize the functions of soil crushing, ridging, film mulching, laying drip irrigation belt, watering, etc. at the same time. The product has strong adaptability, which can be ridged or flat planting, and can adapt to the vegetable transplanting operation in most parts of the country. It can transplant broccoli, cabbage, tomatoes Pepper and other vegetables transplanted with pot seedlings are the preferred products for large vegetable growers.
At the booth, we introduced the exhibition guide robot for the first time to attract on-site attention and stop for interaction. In order to facilitate users to browse Kubota enterprise and product information, we also publicized Kubota mobile website.
