At the activity demonstration site, the first pair of "iron brothers" are Lovol master-slave navigation driverless harvesting system, which is mainly composed of host driverless harvester and slave driverless grain truck. The two vehicles are equipped with Lovol agcs-1 automatic navigation system respectively, and the master-slave cooperative operation is realized in combination with the whole vehicle control of the two vehicles. When the harvester sends the grain unloading command, the grain truck intelligently plans its own walking route according to the operation route of the unmanned harvester and the length of the grain unloading barrel, and accurately maintains the relative position with the harvester through steering and throttle control, so as to ensure that the grain can be accurately unloadd into the grain truck at the same time during the harvest operation, and the grain collection and unloading are synchronized, so as to save the grain unloading time and improve the harvest efficiency.
Then, Lovol opal tractor equipped with Lovol square baler carried out operation demonstration, picked up and baled the crushed straw, and turned the scattered straw into solid straw bales. After completing the whole process of harvesting, the driverless Lovol leopard tractor pulls the hydraulic turnover plow and subsoiling machine to demonstrate the tillage and subsoiling of the harvested land. Through Lovol intelligent agricultural digital platform, it can monitor the operation depth and area in real time, support the background data analysis and statistics, realize the monitoring and measurement of subsoiling machine operation quality and operation area, provide quantitative basis for deep tillage operation subsidy, and effectively improve the informatization level of agricultural machinery management.
At this time, the "seeding robot" appeared on the stage. A Lovol driverless tractor equipped with Lovol no tillage planter drove out of the hangar flexibly, drove along the road, automatically slowed down and turned at the corner, accurately entered the field operation, automatically drove back to the hangar after completing the seeding operation and stopped at the starting position. This is a smart farm driverless warehousing system jointly developed by South China Agricultural University led by academician Luo Xiwen and LOVOL Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The system is highly integrated with information technology, intelligent agricultural machinery and agronomic technology. The multi-sensor information fusion positioning technology based on Beidou is adopted to guide the tractor to drive according to the preset path through the full path planning technology to ensure that the positioning accuracy of the tractor is less than 2cm. The distributed agricultural machinery autonomous operation control system effectively integrates the automatic control devices such as engine start / stop, steering control, power shift, throttle adjustment and tool lifting, so as to successfully realize driverless delivery, operation and warehousing.
Finally, Lovol unmanned spray bar spray plant protection machine installed with automatic navigation and driving system can independently complete the plant protection operation according to the set parameters. Remote control can be carried out through mobile app to accurately align the line and avoid re spraying, leakage and artificial chemical damage.
