Misunderstanding of tractor use

1、 Forced start
As we know, generally, the diesel engine of small tractor is used as power traction, and the starting mode is mainly manual starting. Once entering winter, due to the low temperature, the lubricating oil becomes viscous, the fluidity is very poor, the clearance between the moving parts of the machinery becomes smaller, and the ignition point of the fuel increases, which leads to the difficulty of starting the diesel engine. Many peasant friends, in order to start the diesel engine quickly, did not operate according to the regulations, deliberately lengthened the length of the shaking handle, and the two worked together to shake fiercely;
Or park the tractor at the top of the slope, open the decompression handle and start it by sliding, and some start it by dragging other vehicles. I don't know that these forced starts will bring endless trouble. As the moving parts can't be lubricated, once started and operated, major faults such as crankshaft holding, Bush burning and connecting rod deformation will occur in a very short time.
2、 Forced start
In the working state of the tractor, due to the ever-changing external resistance, the fuel supply also changes. If the fuel supply increases, the diesel engine will increase the speed with uniform acceleration, so the power output power is also increasing (uniform acceleration and inertial motion).
Many peasant friends ignore this inertial movement and will start forcibly, such as pulling trees or dragging other vehicles or stationary objects, which is very easy to break one axle and half axle or damage the clutch.
3、 All screws must be tightened
We know that tractors are connected and fastened by many screws. It can be seen that screws play an important role. Some farmers mistakenly believe that all screws must be tightened. I don't know that screws not only fasten various parts, but also adjust the clearance of moving parts, such as valve rocker arm tappet screws, clutch release lever screws, etc, These screws are used to ensure local clearance, so as to ensure the positioning function under normal working conditions. If they are tightened incorrectly, it will be counterproductive and destructive.
4、 If the car doesn't fall down, just push it
Many farmer friends believe that the tractor can work when it can run. Without maintenance and inspection, it will be put into load once it is started, resulting in the tractor working with diseases and frequent faults. Small problems develop into serious diseases and disabilities.
