1、 First of all, choose a relatively open, flat and hard ground, preferably cement ground, and park the tractor on the selected ground. In principle, try to avoid directly breaking the waist in the field for maintenance. Various conditions are not available and the safety is poor. If it is necessary to break the waist in the field for maintenance, one should be considerate Do the safety work carefully.
2、 After stopping the tractor, turn it in the right direction, turn off the engine, and fix the front and rear weirs of the rear wheels with skids. The front wheels do not need to be fixed temporarily because the waist needs to be broken.
3、 Firmly support the "U" frame under the tractor gearbox with a mobile jack, and squeeze both sides of the front axle swing shaft with skids (it is mainly to prevent the engine from rotating left and right after disconnecting the waist; if you forget to cushion it, the engine will turn and tilt to one side after disconnecting the waist of the tractor. 10、 After closing, install the connecting bolts between the engine flywheel housing and the gearbox, tighten them according to the specified torque, and connect various oil pipes, cables, lines, hood gas springs and other accessories.
11、 Check the connection of each part. After confirming that the connection is firm and correct, remove the jack and wooden pier under the engine and gearbox.
12、 Refuel, install the negative grounding wire of the battery, test run after confirming that all parts are correct, and hand it over to the user for operation after confirming that all parts operate normally.
