Weichai Lovol heavy industry won the national science and Technology Progress Award for this project
The 2020 National Science and technology award conference was grandly held in the Great Hall of the people in Beijing. Weichai Lovol heavy industry participated in the "key technology and application of automatic navigation operation of agricultural machinery based on Beidou" project, which won the second prize of the national science and technology progress award.
The national science and technology award is an authoritative award awarded by the State Council to citizens and organizations who have made outstanding contributions to scientific and technological progress activities. This year, a total of 264 projects, 10 scientific and technological experts and 1 international organization were selected. The participation of Weichai Lovol heavy industry in the project won the national science and technology progress award, which is not only the epitome of Weichai Lovol people's continuous technological innovation, but also the national recognition of Weichai Lovol heavy industry's courage to take responsibility and lead the high-quality development of China's agricultural machinery industry.
It is reported that the project is jointly carried out by Weichai Lovol heavy industry, South China Agricultural University, Beijing agricultural intelligent equipment technology research center and other units. Since 2004, the project team has taken the lead in carrying out systematic research on automatic navigation technology of agricultural machinery based on satellite positioning in China, breaking through key technologies such as navigation and positioning, path tracking, automatic obstacle avoidance, master-slave navigation, on-board terminal and system integration, and achieved three innovative achievements in navigation and positioning, navigation control and automatic navigation.
Thanks to this technology, unmanned farms have become a reality. During the third autumn of this year, in the 1800 Mu unmanned farmland of Yitian intelligent agricultural service professional cooperative in Fangzi District, Weifang City, relying on intelligent terminals and operation quality monitoring, the farm successfully completed the unmanned operation of corn harvest, fertilization, tillage and land preparation, wheat sowing and other links.
If this achievement is described by numbers, after the application of the project technology, the navigation and positioning accuracy will reach 50px, the dry land operation speed will be within 18km / h, and the path tracking control accuracy will be stable at 62.5px, so as to realize no heavy tillage and no missed tillage. The two unmanned agricultural machines can also cooperate "tacitly", and the horizontal tracking error of the "master-slave" harvesting agricultural machine when walking in a straight line is less than 125px, and the longitudinal tracking error is less than 250px. At the field day of China Agricultural machinery promotion in 2021, the demonstration link of master-slave cooperative operation left a deep impression on the on-site guests.
Automatic navigation technology of agricultural machinery is the core technology of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment, which can significantly improve labor productivity, resource utilization and land output. Before the start of the project, the technology was completely monopolized by European and American developed countries, and all agricultural machinery automatic navigation products in China depended on imports.
The overall achievements of the project have reached the international advanced level. Among them, paddy field automatic navigation and master-slave navigation are at the international leading level, breaking the foreign technological monopoly, ensuring the independent, safe and controllable navigation equipment of agricultural machinery in China, leading the innovation and development of agricultural machinery navigation technology in China, and providing important support for China's intelligent agriculture.
In recent years, Weichai Lovol heavy industry has continuously innovated and upgraded products and services through long-term R & D investment, constantly changing the situation that the core technology in the field of domestic high-end agricultural equipment has been monopolized by foreign countries for a long time, and carrying the banner of safeguarding national food security with strength and responsibility.
