YTO Euro V large and medium horsepower tractors realize mass sales
A few days ago, the adaptability test of YTO Euro V high horsepower tractors of China YTO was completed in Eastern Europe, and the tests of medium horsepower tractors were also carried out in Western Europe in an orderly manner. Since this year, YTO Euro V large and medium horsepower tractors have successively received orders from various channels in the EU, realizing batch sales.
It is reported that the non-road diesel engine Euro V emission regulation is one of the most stringent exhaust emission regulations in the world at present. In addition to higher requirements for diesel engine emission technology and post-treatment technology, the emission requirements for nitrogen oxides and inhalable suspended particles are also further tightened, which is difficult to develop, and has high requirements for the design and development level and production and manufacturing capacity of enterprises.
Focusing on the national "the Belt and Road" strategy, YTO has increased its research and development efforts on products that meet the EU market standards, promoted the distribution of sales channels in key European countries, took the lead in the industry, and launched the research and development and overseas testing of European V large and medium horsepower tractors. International Trade Corporation, Big Tow Company, Small and Medium Tow Company, Diesel Engine Company, Technical Center and other units worked together to quickly complete the prototype trial production. At the same time, ITC communicated with European dealers in advance, fully discussed and countersigned the European Market Adaptability Test Plan for Euro V Tractors with relevant units, and worked backwards according to the time nodes to ensure that the overseas adaptability test was carried out as scheduled.
In 2022, the products of 9 models of YTO Europe V and ZTO series of YTO China have obtained the EU certification; In the same year, YTO Euro V large and medium horsepower tractors were shipped to Europe at Qingdao Port for verification testing. According to the experimental arrangement, the prototype will be tested for field adaptability with local matching machines and tools to provide a basis for product improvement and marketing in the European market.
Up to now, the high-power Euro V prototype has completed 400 working hours of testing, and the field test of the medium-power Euro V prototype is being carried out in an orderly manner. According to the test feedback, part of the structural design has been improved and optimized.
This year, the first batch of European V tractor orders are expected to be sent to Europe in March.
