Ma Youxiang Meets with Hungarian Minister of Agriculture Nagy
On January 24th local time, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Ma Youxiang met with Hungarian Minister of Agriculture Nagy in Budapest, exchanging views on deepening cooperation in the field of agriculture and rural areas.
Ma Youxiang stated that with the joint efforts of both sides, the agricultural cooperation mechanism between the two countries has operated smoothly, economic and trade investment has steadily advanced, and scientific and technological exchanges have yielded fruitful results, injecting vitality into the development of China Hungary relations. Ma Youxiang put forward three opinions on deepening agricultural cooperation between China and Hungary. Firstly, continue to play the role of the China Hungary Agricultural Science and Technology Cooperation Promotion Center, strengthen the exchange of animal and plant genetic resources, and joint research and development of deep processing technology for agricultural products; The second is to plan and promote the implementation of more "small and beautiful" projects, tap into the potential for cooperation in fields such as the bee industry, and enhance the sense of gain for the public; The third is to strengthen agricultural economic and trade investment cooperation, and build a platform for enterprise exchanges between the two sides.
Naji positively evaluated the agricultural cooperation between Hungary and China, and expressed willingness to work together with China to deepen and implement agricultural economic, trade, and technological exchanges between the two countries, and promote more practical achievements in agricultural cooperation between the two sides.
