Tan Xinlong, director of the Association of ChuangLian Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperatives in Wangcheng District, Changsha City, has become a little famous in the agricultural circle. In 2013, Tan Xinlong was in his 40s. At that time, affected by the tide of farmers working in cities, farmland was seriously abandoned. He saw it in his eyes and was anxious in his heart. As a genuine farmer, he had strong feelings for land. He said, "It's a pity that others don't plant it, but I do." Therefore, he made up his mind to persuade his wife to sell agricultural transport vehicles, find the village secretary, contract the abandoned land in the whole village, register and establish a planting professional cooperative, and transform into a new type of professional farmer. At that time, due to production needs, he took out his savings for many years and borrowed 100000 yuan from the bank to buy agricultural machinery such as rotary tillers and harvesters, which started his grain growing business.

After several years of exploration, Tan Xinlong found that to engage in agriculture, comprehensive mechanization must be achieved, and high-quality and durable agricultural machinery is indispensable. In 2016, after he transferred the old machine, he learned from others that the quality of agricultural machinery products of the Kubota brand was excellent, so he contacted the local Kubota dealer. The dealer salesperson warmly invited him to test drive the Kubota tractor and harvester at the old user's home. After the test drive, Tan Xinlong was very satisfied and immediately ordered a Kubota M854K tractor and a PRO688Q full feed harvester. In 2017, after one year's use, he found that the failure rate of these two Kubota agricultural machines was very low. They were not only comfortable to operate, but also relatively fuel efficient. He was also very satisfied with the service provided by Kubota manufacturers and dealers. Later, as long as he had the demand for agricultural machinery, he was the first choice of Kubota brand, and since then he has forged an indissoluble bond with Kubota.

With the support of the government departments' various policies of benefiting the people, the cooperatives run by Tan Xinlong have gradually developed into a cooperative platform for mechanized services in the whole process of farming, planting, harvesting, drying and processing. In 2020, the fixed assets of the cooperative will reach more than 3 million yuan, the farmland will transfer more than 700 mu, and the annual income will reach 500000 yuan. Although his own money is bulging, Tan Xinlong always thinks that it is the help of the villagers. These lands have brought him wealth, and he should be grateful for it. Therefore, he has become a special poverty relief commissioner. By using the cooperative platform and the "cooperative+farmer" model, we have given great help and support to poor households and other farmers in the food production process. The production cost input of poor households and surrounding households shall be reduced as much as possible in the mode of alternative farming, alternative planting, alternative collection and alternative prevention, with an average cost saving of about 50 yuan per mu. He also actively responded to the government's call for winter planting and planted rape. He took the initiative to undertake the planting task in the central area of the Tea Pavilion Flower Sea. Under his leadership, large and individual households came together to form a continuous planting area of more than 3000 mu. Since then, "Tea Pavilion Flower Sea" has become one of the top ten rape flower viewing bases in Hunan Province.
For more than ten years, Tan Xinlong has always loved agriculture, which is highly praised by local farmers and highly praised by government departments. In 2013, he was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Individual of Double Crop Rice" by Chating Town, "Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Household" by Hunan Provincial Agricultural Commission in 2015, "Grassroots Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Household" by Chating Town in 2016, "Star Agricultural Mechanic" by Wangcheng TV Station in 2017, and "Safe Agricultural Machinery Demonstration Cooperative" and "Modern Agricultural Machinery Cooperative" in 2018 In 2019, he was employed by Chating Town as the "instructor" of the industrial development of poor households, and was rated as the "agricultural labor model" by Changsha City. In 2020, he was rated as the "local expert" of agricultural machinery by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hunan Province, and in 2021, he was rated as the "top ten craftsman and top 100 craftsman" by Changsha City.
The more honors he has, the heavier the burden he feels on his shoulders. "How to better exert his ability to make agriculture bigger and stronger" is a question he often thinks about. In order to effectively solve the problem of decentralized seedling raising, high cost and high risk in the past, it has always been a difficult problem for early rice production in South China. Tan Xinlong thought about it. Only by adopting the mode of factory seedling cultivation can he effectively avoid risks and improve efficiency. So he immediately took the lead in organizing like-minded friends to discuss the establishment of the current Wangcheng District Chuanglian Agricultural Machinery Cooperative Association. With the support of the government and agricultural departments, he boldly tried the way of factory seedling cultivation and raised about 10 million yuan to establish the largest automatic and intelligent seedling cultivation factory in Changsha. In the first half of 2022, the cooperative has cultivated 12000 mu of early rice machine transplanted seedlings, which are loved by farmers and radiate to five villages and towns in the surrounding area. It has won praise from governments at all levels. The continuous reports of the central, provincial and municipal news media have made positive contributions to the promotion of stable grain production in the local area.

After the establishment of Chuanglian Agricultural Machinery Cooperative Association in August 2021, the cooperative has purchased 12 Kubotian full feed harvesters, 7 Kubotian tractors, and 16 Kubotian high-speed rice transplanters as of now due to its trust in the Kubotian brand. Tan Xinlong, the president of the cooperative, said that in order to better serve the surrounding farmers and improve the service area of machine farming, machine plugging and machine harvest, he would continue to increase the purchase of Kubotian products in 2023, because Kubotian not only has good product quality, but also has timely and thoughtful services, which really saves, reassures and reassures people during busy farming.

When talking about the future planning, Tan Xinlong said that the current period is the transformation and development period of rural revitalization and modern agriculture. Next, he wants to further enhance the stamina in rural revitalization of agricultural production, so as to enrich the ability to serve agriculture. First of all, we want to further improve the level of agricultural machinery and equipment, rationally allocate agricultural machinery and equipment according to our own needs according to "high", "medium" and "low", further optimize agricultural machinery and equipment according to the stage production conditions before, during and after production, and improve the use efficiency and level of agricultural machinery. The other is to improve the service quality, mainly to expand the social services, and cultivate a batch of qualified agricultural machinery operators on the basis of three service teams: paddy field tillage, rice harvesting, and pest control. Build a team with full mechanized service scale, expand the service area in the form of alternative farming, alternative planting, alternative prevention and alternative baking, and strive to reach about 20000 mu of service area within two years. Finally, the whole process mechanization construction process of agricultural production and the technical mode of maintenance management are compiled into a volume, so as to promote and demonstrate the scientific, systematic and standardized way to serve agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and make their own contributions to rural revitalization and industrial revitalization.
