One morning, he received a call from a cross regional user for help. The user said that the machine stopped working and made a strange noise. It was suspected that some parts had fallen inside the machine. The tone was obviously angry.
It was the morning of the day, and it was the golden time for wheat harvest work. No minute or second could be delayed. Langweibo and his party immediately set out to the user's location and carefully inspected the machine. After feeling through the vine and peeling the cocoons layer by layer, they found that a steel bar about half a meter long and 2 cm thick scattered in the wheat field was sucked into the inside of the machine and entangled with relevant parts, twisted into "fried dough twist". According to the normal working mode, the vehicle should be towed to the maintenance point for maintenance, but considering the actual situation, he decided to repair it here! Because it was inside the machine, the staff needed to climb into a box that was more than two meters long, more than one meter wide and about half a meter high from the bottom of the car. Langweibo, who was thin, was the "best candidate".
Without any hesitation, he immediately began to cut the steel bar. He stooped down and drilled in, half lying down, holding a cutting machine. At that time, it was around 12 noon, and the temperature outside was close to 40 degrees. In this "big iron box", the temperature was unbearable. At the same time, the sparks from cutting steel bars are unavoidable. He has to go out for a rest every 40 to 50 minutes. After three such breaks, he finally repaired the machine with the spark burn marks on his neck and arms. The user was too excited to say anything. He held his hand for a long time and refused to let go.
Langweibo said that in fact, these jobs are normal. In the summer harvest season, at about 5 a.m. every day, their work will usher in a small peak, because at this time, the machine operators will get up early to check the machine, get some oil, tighten the belt, etc. at this time, there will be some small problems and ask for help. The peak time is from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m., and the time requirements are usually tight, so as not to delay the next harvest operation.
"I am also a farmer. Users are basically farmers. I understand them. They are really not easy." Langweibo said that in the early years, due to the limitation of the efficiency of machine operation, many machine operators did not care about food and even water when they were working. They had to figure out how to go to the toilet. With the emergence of Lovol's new harvester, the harvester efficiency has been greatly improved, the grain loss rate has been reduced by more than twice as much as before, and the human-computer interaction environment is much more comfortable, so we don't have to work so hard.
Having been away for years, langweibo felt guilty about his family. "Now I'm so busy that I have to make a phone call at home, that is, I just hang up after a word or two. I haven't called for a week." He said that he went on a business trip three days after the child was born, and spent an average of fourorfive days at home each month for a year. "I don't spend much time at home. I don't even have a close relationship with my children." Langweibo's eyes flashed a little lonely, "but I think it's worth serving customers well and collecting more grain for the country.
